Bosnian MPs Reject Legislation to Criminalise Genocide Denial – BIRN

The BiH House of Peoples on Thursday voted against changing the BiH Criminal Code to criminalize the denial of genocide and war crimes. Only six members of the 15-member House of Peoples voted for the legislation, while nine voted against it.
