N1 reports, “Bosnia and Herzegovina’s election winners pledged political stability, institutional cooperation and progress towards the European Union after preliminary results emerged from Sunday’s general election, while several defeated candidates conceded and congratulated their rivals.”
Savo Minic of the SNSD party, who won the election for the Republika Srpska presidency, said, “I want to be the president of all citizens of Republika Srpska, those who voted and those who did not, regardless of their religion or nationality.”
