The Steering Board of the Peace Implementation Council met in Sarajevo on Tuesday and Wednesday, issuing a communique summarizing their discussions. The PIC noted that one canton in the Federation had yet to form a government following last October’s elections, while it welcomed the work of the BiH Council of Ministers. It also welcomed the EU’s decision to finalize the Stabilization and Association Agreement, which entered into force at the beginning of June.
