Freedom House: Government Dysfunction Hinders Democracy in Balkans – BalkanInsight

The latest report from Freedom House, “Nations in Transit 2014,” highlights government dysfunction as a leading obstacle to the development of vibrant democracies in the Balkans. BiH ranks near the middle of the pack in terms of democracy, according to Freedom House, with Kosovo ranked as the least democratic state in the region.
