Dodik, Vucic Meet in Belgrade – Glas Srpske

Republika Srpska president Milorad Dodik met with Serbia’s current deputy prime-minister–and soon-to-be prime minister–Aleksandar Vucic in Belgrade this weekend. The two leaders discussed the future of relations between Serbia and RS, and agreed to form a new working group to study bilateral cooperation.

Vucic said that Serbia, through preservation of its stability, will always protect the survival and stability of the RS, and that the work of the new team will address the joint actions on the legal-political and economic plan, with respect to the Dayton Agreement and the territorial integrity of BiH. The “South Stream” pipeline was subject of discussion, as well as the cooperation in the energy sector, and the parties agreed on the formation of a coordinating body for commemoration of the anniversary of the beginning of the World War I.
