Mr. Andy McGuffie, spokesperson for the EU Delegation in BiH, said today that the third round of accession talks between the EU and BiH–scheduled for October 1–would cover the establishment of a timeline for the implementation of the Sejdic-Finci decision, the establishment of “efficient and effective coordination mechanisms,” problems with previous agreements regarding Bosnia’s relations with Croatia, as well as “future support to BiH through accession instruments.”
