North Kosovo referendum: not binding, no surprise but it changes everything – Transconflict

Retired diplomat Gerard M. Gallucci argues that the recent referendum in northern Kosovo, though totally predictable, changes the political reality there. The referendum asked Serbs in Kosovo whether they accepted Pristina’s authority; nearly 100% of voters said they did not. The referendum was little more than an opinion poll, but Galluci says it should be a wake up call for Pristina and the international community.
