Republika Srpska Prime Minister Savo Minić said, following the ratification of the EU Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance programme, “That is the kind of community we are interested in, without blockades and obstructions and with respect for the positions of all three constituent peoples. I am convinced that this is what every normal person in Republika Srpska, as well as in the FBiH, wants.”
