It is clear that the appointment of a High Representative will not happen in the foreseeable future, and despite that, nothing unusual is happening in BiH, which proves that it can function without foreign tutelage, Acting Director of the Republika Srpska Office for International Cooperation Ana Trišić Babić said.

She pointed out that this could be an important transitional phase in which BiH would finally make a step forward towards full political responsibility and functioning without imposed solutions.
