In meeting with U.S. diplomats, Selak emphasizes importance of respecting the constitutional framework – SRNA

SRNA reports:

The Ministry of Justice of Republika Srpska is committed to strengthening the independence, professionalism, and efficiency of the judicial system; legal certainty and the consistent application of the law are the foundation of stability and citizens’ trust in institutions, Minister Goran Selak stated at today’s meeting in Banja Luka with representatives of the US Embassy in BiH.

Selak emphasized the importance of respecting the constitutional framework and the clearly defined competences of Republika Srpska as the basis of institutional stability, the Ministry of Justice of Republika Srpska said in a press release.
