The key question that the EU must address is where it stands when it comes to BiH, SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević has stated today.
Speaking at a press conference in Banja Luka, Kovačević asked whether European standards meant that, in violation of the Constitution and beyond what it explicitly provided for, an unelected foreign individual could impose and enact laws, and whether this represented the European rule of law.
