Commenting on part of the joint statement issued by the so-called Peace Implementation Council /PIC/, which called for reforms aimed at strengthening BiH’s sovereignty, [BiH Presidency member Željka Cvijanović] stated that this “can only be achieved by dissolving the PIC, sending Christian Schmidt back home, and abolishing the so-called Bonn Powers, which have been used for unconstitutional centralization and maintaining a model of colonial governance in BiH”.
