European Stability Initiative expert: Decrees create “unhealthy political dynamic” in BiH – EWB

In an interview with EWB, Adi Ćerimagić of the European Stability Initiative said that the frequent use of the so-called Bonn powers has recreated a “rather unhealthy political dynamic in Bosnia-Herzegovina.”
