The head of the Croat National Assembly of BiH, Dragan Čović, said that Christian Schmidt’s decree of amendments to the BiH Election Law is completely unnecessary and unacceptable.
Čović said, “The imposition of this and any other law establishes a practice that renders meaningless the role of parliament and democratically elected representatives, which is the core of democracy.”
