Izetbegović: BiH Council of Ministers cannot tell FBiH how to allocate funds – FENA

The president of BiH’s largest Bosniak political party, the SDA, talked to reporters Wednesday about the allocation of funds from the IMF and said the Council of Ministers cannot tell the Federation of BiH how funds are to be allocated.
