Bosnian Witness Accuses Naser Oric of Shooting Prisoner – BIRN

The first witness in the retrial of Naser Oric told the Court of BiH Monday that he saw the Bosniak commander shoot a Serb prisoner in June 1992. The protected witness said the defendant was his commander and that he was standing nearby when Oric shot the prisoner.
