Bosnian Courts Urged to Disperse War Crime Trials – BIRN

The President of BiH’s High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council, Milan Tegeltija, said at a Sarajevo conference of court presidents and chief prosecutors that there should be greater distribution of war crimes cases from the Court of BiH to lower courts.
