Balkan Jihadi Warriors Remain Safe on the Net – BIRN

As part of a new series called “Jihadism and the Balkans,” Balkan Insight reports that authorities have struggled to curb jihadist activities on the internet. According to the report, authorities in the Balkans have left jihadists on the internet unmonitored.
