Catholics ‘fleeing Bosnia-Herzegovina’ over discrimination – Catholic Herald

BiH’s Cardinal, Vinko Puljić said up to 10,000 Catholics are leaving BiH every year because of state discrimination. Cardinal Puljić said, “The Dayton Accords were not implemented in practice, and those who suffered most were the Catholic Croat minority.”
