And I\u2019m afraid that by using endlessly the Bonn powers, you will not exit the situation.\u201d Petritsch argued that \u201cbecause of the continued existence of the OHR,\u201d the democratic process in BiH \u201cdoesn\u2019t work.\u201d He emphasized, \u201cThis is really my message: unless all of the external interventions stop, there is not going to be a European future for Bosnia and Herzegovina.\u201d Petritsch said the Bonn powers were \u201cnecessary immediately after the war, but now you cannot endlessly go on doing the same.
