The government of Republika Srpska adopted its proposed budget for the coming year today. The total amount of the budget is KM 3.2 billion. The timely adoption of a budget is one of the conditions of IMF loan agreements with BiH and the entities.
The Republika Srpska Government last night held a special session and in addition to these two proposals, it adopted in urgent procedure a proposed bill on execution of the Republika Srpska budget for 2017, a proposed bill on Republika Srpska banks, a proposed bill amending and supplementing the law on profit, a proposed bill amending and supplementing the law on the Republika Srpska Banking Agency and a proposed bill on the cessation of the law on a special solidarity contribution.
