BiH Officials Meet EU Ministers in Luxembourg – Oslobodenje

BiH Presidency Chair Mladen Ivanic, along with BiH Foreign Minister Igor Crnadak, attended a meeting in Luxembourg hosted by Vesna Pusic, Croatia’s minister of Foreign and European affairs. The meeting also included more than 20 other European foreign ministers, along with EU commissioner for enlargement Johannes Hahn.

Chairman Ivanic conveyed the firm commitment of BiH institutions to reform, the basic aim of which is to improve the business climate and living conditions for citizens in the country….

Foreign Minister Crnadak in his address expressed the commitment of the new Council of Ministers to make their full contribution to the envisioned reforms and to jointly, in cooperation with the governments of Republika Srpska and the Federation, create the conditions for a better life for BiH citizens. He informed them also of negotiations with the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank in Washington….

All meeting participants expressed the full commitment of their countries and the European Union as a whole to supporting all levels of government in BiH in the envisioned reforms. They stressed that support would follow the implementation of a set of reform measures.
