Republika Srpska prime minister Zeljka Cvijanovic told press that an unknown number of businesses in RS would be unable to operate or “meet obligations” for some time to come, following recent floods. The government of RS will have to “introduce various models of intervention” to help business owners get back on their feet. The government is also reconsidering its current employment scheme in order to find ways to employ the thousands of citizens made jobless by the floods.
